Whether you choose a long-term rental, a lease, or a cash purchase, we ensure the perfect functioning of your vehicle through technical preparation before delivery. We also offer maintenance visits tailored to the use of your equipment and ensure delivery to your address. The vehicle preparation includes intervention by a technician or an authorized repairer in your region for operations such as assembling and adjusting the bicycle, installing and charging the battery if necessary, technical inspection, accessory installation, marking, wrapping, and testing, as well as a personalized onboarding session.
Warranty of Your Leased Vehicle:
We assist you in maintaining and ensuring the warranty of your electric bikes, cargo bikes, tricycles, two-wheeled cargo bikes, and tricycles. To maintain optimal use of your product and preserve the manufacturer’s warranty, we recommend preventive maintenance. This includes service visits to ensure an optimal level of safety for your equipment. Our experts will offer you different maintenance options, from the Standard plan to the Premium plan.
Our Financing Solutions for a Professional Cargo Tricycle:
We offer three financing options for your purchase project: long-term rental with an option to buy, lease financing, and outright purchase.
Long-Term Rental (LLD): If you wish to spread the payment for your cargo bike or electric bike over several months, our rental with an option to buy might suit you. At the end of the contract, you will have the option to either purchase the bike and become its exclusive owner or return it to us and potentially choose a new model, which is beneficial if your needs change.
Lease Financing: This model works similarly to LLD, but at the end of the payments, the bike automatically becomes yours without any additional payment. This allows you to plan long-term for the acquisition of an electric bike or cargo bike.
Outright Purchase: This option allows you to buy your electric bike or cargo bike directly, making you the immediate owner without going through installment payments.
Government Aid: To encourage small and medium-sized enterprises to invest in more ecological modes of transport, the government offers subsidies of up to €3000 on the total price of the desired model. For more information and eligibility conditions, visit the ADEME website.
The food bike, also known as a food cargo tricycle, is specifically designed for professionals in mobile vending and catering. Each of our models offers high visibility and features a modular and efficient workspace and sales area. This tricycle, ideal for mobile caterers, allows for easy and cost-effective operation while staying close to customers. It is equipped with a stainless steel work surface, on which you can install various catering equipment (grill, plancha, toaster, etc.). The black powder-coated finish of the stainless steel and the design of the box meet the demands of professionals perfectly.
Under the work surface, there is space to store a small gas bottle or an insulated cooler. However, a nearby electrical power source is necessary for certain equipment.

FAQ
Our lab is located in Île-de-France, as well as most of our events. However, we travel everywhere, in France and abroad according to your needs. We have already had the opportunity to carry out many events, as well as street marketing operations in beautiful locations in London, Madrid, Brussels, Geneva, Mykonos, Milan, and New York.
For perfect organization, it would be preferable to confirm your event at least 5 days in advance to allow us time to book teams, place orders, block equipment, and tricycles. However, we are committed to making your event a success, even if it is a last-minute reservation !
We are fully autonomous in most of our animations. We offer a turnkey service by bringing the equipment and our teams to set up, animate, and tidy up post-event.
We need you to provide access to power outlets and spaces for our carts!
Customization is our strength and our added value.
We offer complete customization, from the stand (tricycle / buffet) to the waitstaff uniforms, as well as the consumables, whatever they may be. You provide us with the visuals, and we take care of the rest.
As tricycles have a fairly significant weight, we prefer buffets in case of events on floors without an elevator. They are less bulky and facilitate installation.
We have a fleet of over 300 tricycles, with modules adapted to all types of culinary animations: for cooking, keeping cold, and also a smooth work surface. They were imagined and built directly by the Lily’s Carts team, with eco-responsible materials, and are the key elements for creating food courts for your events.
We can serve from 20 to 10,000 people. We have a strong team of headwaiters, servers, and runners to make your event a great success. We ensure fast service thanks to the expertise of the Lily’s Team.
We plan to arrive 2 hours in advance to prepare and set up everything. We adapt this time depending on the number of stands present and the size of the event.
